Stuff to Keep in Mind
What do do with Jupe. He has to be more than just a silly ass of a mage. There is a point to him. I'm sure he will turn out to be one of the good guys. (Then again, maybe not. Who would suspect the silly ass?) What is Adiran's role? I want him to be more than just a stuffed shirt mage. He has to eventually decide he approves of Gorok. (The scene where he talked with Wulf while Gorok was off getting food will be fun to write. I wonder if Wulf admits he might not have entirely not wanted Gorok that first night...) Which guard can they trust the most, if any? If one of the guards turns out to be involved in the conspiracy, which will it be? I think I know already. Tee hee. What will Kensin try next? I must try to keep him subtle, and it will be hard. Oh, and Kensin will need more henchmages.

Had an idea where Kensin and his henchmages kidnap Gorok and flog him mercilessly. He's finally rescued. Wulf starts to heal him, but before he can finish, Gorok says that he wants Wulf to flog him. (By now, he's learned Wulf is into that.) He wants to know what it's supposed to be like, and he wants to use this to wipe out the pain of the brutal flogging. Wulf is reluctant at first but gives in. And so Gorok is initiated in a kinder, gentler fashion.
