Yes, yes, I'll get back to them, I swear. :) Meanwhile, enjoy this article
about the real
truth about the Vikings and the monks. I read it on the Internet, so it must be true...
column thingie is up at All About Romance
, and I'm making pretty good progress on Gone with the Wind. Maybe this weekend I can take a breather and get back to poor Gorok and Wulf. And even better...
The Adult Writing site is up!

Now I'm inspired to think of some new story to write to put up for critique at the new site. Maybe I'll finally do that bog man story. Maybe I'll write a sequel to the statue story.
My progress might slow down a bit because I will be reading Gone with the Wind (yup, the whole thing!) for an upcoming column type thingie. But at least I'll be able to say that I've read GWTW! I will find ways to sneak in some Gorok and Wulf writing, as well as some ways to read a little bit more of "The Cases That Haunt Us," which I had just started before GWTW.
Tonight, Gorok was still tied to the bed, and Wulf continued to torment him. But in the nicest meaning of the word, of course. ;-> I am nearly finished this scene.
Now I am looking forward to what comes next. Wulf writing about the part where he is about to propose to Gorok. The fight against the shapeshifter, from Wulf's point of view. (That one will be a pain to do because there is a lot of action, and I will have to keep switching back and forth between documents.) Wulf's view of waiting for Gorok to wake out of his coma -- that should be touching, and there will be a lot of new material to figure out there! And finally, Wulf's POV of proposing to Gorok and the (fun fun fun!) bonding ceremony.
Yesterday during lunch, I made a lot of headway (bodyway?) in Wulf's journal entry about the scene where he ties Gorok to the bed. I added some background involving his relationship with Kensin at college (not quite what you think). Not to mention a few of Wulf's views about the philosophy of domination -- I might work more on that later. I also worked at it once I got home, and by then, it was time for Wulf to deal with the important business. Gorok! Unfortunately, I eventually got sleepy, so I had to leave the two of them in the middle of the scene when I went to sleep -- Wulf tapping his good, Gorok unable to tap his foot because his legs were tied to the bed. If I don't get back to them tonight, they will be cranky.
Last night, I finally got back to Wulf's Journal. The paddling scene was winding down (image of Gorok swinging a paddle around like a windmill in Holland). I got all the way up to the part where it was over and Kensin had left after dropping his bombshell. (I almost had Wulf say that Kensin dropped a bombshell on them! :-D Then I realized that was just a bit anachronistic.)
Coming up... the scene where Wulf ties Gorok to the bed, from Wulf's point of view. I might have to fan myself.
